Yellow House Reflection(15 Feb)

Annyeonhaseyo!
Yellow House, please do your reflections here.
Some questions to take note:
1. What is the most important thing during hurdles?
2. Why do you think Miss Lim asked us to determine our leading leg?
3. How do you ensure that you jump over the hurdles without knocking the hurdles down?
Please do your reflections by 17 Feb 12 am latest.
Please bring a recording device for the next S&W lesson on Thursday.

  1. The hurdles was fun and i think that the most important thing is that we have to "glide" over the hurdles.
Miss Lim asked us to determine our leading leg so that we will not keep using both legs.
We can jump over the hurdles by bringing our trailing leg sideways(like how siting did it).

  2. During hurdles, the way the hurdles are placed is an important factor in not compromising our safety. I think Ms Lim asked us to use the leading leg so that we would have a more powerful take off. I agree with Victoria for the 3rd qn.

  3. One thing that is important in hurdles is the way the hurdles are placed.
I think that she made us determine our leading leg so we would not take off with any leg we want and we could jump better with our leading leg.
We can ensure we jump over the hurdles by gliding but not plain jumping and we could also bring our trailing leg sidewards so our trailing leg will not hit the hurdles.

  4. The two legs of the hurdle should be facing us. Sorry I forgot to add that in.

  5. Where the hurdles are placed are important.
So that we can jump better.
We must try to glide over the hurdles so that we will not knock down the hurdles.
