red house reflection

The last point of contact with the discus should be at your pointer and upon throwing, the discus should spin in a clockwise direction. to hold the discus, place your palm over the base of the discus and use your pointer to support it. after realeasing, your arm should be in a position as if you are " smelling your underarms " ><

  2. We should be careful so as not to land the discus in undesirable places. The disk should spin clockwise for right handers and anti-clockwise for left handers. To enable it to spin further, we should release it at a position where we smell our armpits (so straightforward).
