Today during the hurdles, I learnt how to stretch properly without injuring parts of our body as the stretch may not be a natural movement. During Hurdles i learnt that we must jump a distance away and drive our knees up and then straighten our legs over the hurdle. I also learnt that we have to rotate our trailing leg sideways so it will not collide with the hurdle.
I learnt that we should jump a certain distance away from the hurdles and we should glide instead of jumping. I also learnt that the trailing leg(the back leg) should be at the side so it would not hit the hurdle.
Today in the hurdles, I learnt that we should not do certain stretches as they may hyper-extend our back. we should also move our trailing leg sideways when we jump over the hurdle and we also have to drive our leading foot forward. We must also jump one step before the hurdle so to glide over the hurdle.
Annyeonghasaeyeo Sorry for the late comment I learnt that we should maintain a distance from the hurdles before jumping. We must also note that we should "glide" over the hurdles instead of just jumping over the hurdles. ~annyeonghi gyeseyo~

I learnt that we have to try to glide over the hurdles and not jump over the hurdles. We also must only do warm up that do not injure parts of our body

I agree with Hng Anh. We should bend our legs while jumping over the hurdles then stretch it out.
