  1. I learnt that we need to have a greater arch before jumping, and we also need to jump at an angle (45 degrees).

  2. I have learnt that when taking off we need to lift up the leg closer to the rope first [ learnt from personal experience =.=" ] and that the pole should be placed between the stands instead of behind or infront.

  3. I learnt that to we should jump from on foot instead of two feet. We must also jump when we reach the middle of the high jump rpe

  4. I learnt that we should jump at an angle (45 degrees) to prevent us from tripping over anything and hurting ourselves. ._. The pole should also be placed in the 'middle' and not in front or behind as it might lead to different consequences.

  5. I learnt that we should jump at an 45degrees angle in order not to touch the pole. I have also learnt to jump as near as the pole using the feet that is nearest to the pole

  6. I learnt that we should jump at a 45 degrees angle for the best effect. We must also jump at an average distance from the pole.

  7. I learnt that we should jump at a 45 degrees angle and jump in the center of the horizontal pole to avoid hitting the poles at the two ends.
